When we see his eye, there is a large scar that is stretching from eyebrow to the edge of the mask. His hair is gray, and long bangs sweep forward above his head.

Headbands are a symbol of ninja clan, so everybody wears them in the manga. That is a wide strip of cloth with a metal rectangle in the center. There you see a logo of home village of the corresponding hero. It is not complicated to produce your own headband from a strip of fabric. Metal square can be replaced by silver paint.
